My main role as a contractor at Padilla was to help with the Edward Jones re-brand. They had recently re-branded and completed a fresh new set of design guidelines. That brand now needed to be implemented onto hundreds of things, including marketing aids, flyers, brochures, PowerPoint presentations, social media templates, and more.
Flyers.
With an InDesign template of the basic layout of a flyer provided, my job was to place and appropriately size the headlines/copy and select a variety of fitting stock photos for each flyer that the client could choose from dependent on the target market of their region.
Marketing Aids.
Documents such as these needed to be updated with the fresh new look. Content remained mostly the same but I updated the layout, typography, colors, as well as any diagrams, charts, icons or any other  miscellaneous graphics that were included in accordance with the updated brand.
Brochures.
There were only a few brochures so a template was not provided. The copy remained unchanged from the original and I updated the colors, fonts, photos and other graphics to reflect the new brand guidelines.
Newsletters.
Multiple monthly newsletters needed to be produced using provided copy. Using InDesign I completed the layout and Illustrator for any charts or diagrams that were included. I chose appropriate stock images to both fit the content and the newly updated brand (occasionally retouching them using Photoshop).
